This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MustTravel.in with respect to the use of MustTravel.in.

Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on MustTravel.in. This agreement will help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and MustTravel.in. By becoming a MustTravel.in customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. MustTravel.in has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. MustTravel.in encourages you to save a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.

You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use MustTravel.in only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.

Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.

Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email. This Receipt of Reservation does not guarantee confirmation of the booking.

MustTravel.in strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. MustTravel.in does not currently offer any travel insurance.

The tour packages and activities listed on MustTravel.in comprise of products that are operated by independent service providers such as Hotels, Transporters, Tour guides, Payment Portals and Government institutions. MustTravel.in shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that MustTravel.in will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against MustTravel.in and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and cancelling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. Refunds for such cancellation will be subject to the policies of the individual service providers such as Hotels, Transporters, Guides etc.

Tours are escorted by English speaking or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour online.

You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for the country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. MustTravel.in cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.

You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. MustTravel.in will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.

All travel companions/parties agree to take the tour together on their own will and accord. Disparities financially, culturally, or personally are each party's responsibility to resolve and must not affect the overall tour in any fashion.

If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand MustTravel.in or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.

We embrace all people, regardless of any physical conditions or disabilities. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, yet, not all the travel products we currently offer include disabled friendly options. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. MustTravel.in or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided as per your request.

It is recommended that you carry sufficient money during your tour required for your personal expenses.

Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included in your tour cost

Refund Policy


Our cancellation and refund policy is dependent on the reservation and cancellation policy followed by our service providers, which may sometimes change based on the booking dates. Certain hotels may not refund any amount if booking made during peak season is cancelled. We request you to check the policies of the hotels in your itinerary before making a booking with us.

Unused features of your tour package and activities are non-refundable

In case your package needs to be cancelled by us due to any natural calamity, riots, weather conditions etc. MustTravel.in shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors. Also, during such tour cancellations, if you have purchased an airline ticket separately, MustTravel.in is not responsible for such airline ticket cancellation fees.

Cancellation made up to 45 days prior to Tour start date: 30% of the Tour / service cost

Cancellation made up to 30 days prior to Tour start date: 50% of the Tour / service cost

Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to Tour start date: 100% of the Tour / service cost

  • On arrival transfer to Sigiriya

    On arrival our company representative will receive you at the airport and transfer you to Sigiriya. En route visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and the Cave Temple in Sigiriya. Check in at the hotel and relax at the hotel. Over Night Stay at Sigiriya. Approximate travel time between Colombo & Sigiriya is 3 hrs 30 mins. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage: A chance to watch the gentle giants closely and learn a little about them. You can watch them being fed & later led to the river where they bathe and cool themselves in the water. The orphanage was initiated to provide help to the orphaned baby elephants and adult elephants lost in the wilderness. Today with the help of locals and foreign elephant experts, the Orphanage has commenced a scientific captive-breeding programme for Elephants. Cave Temple : Narrow rocky steps will lead you to the top of the rock. Believed to be a place of worship from the 1st centuary it is still a live temple. When King Valagamba was driven out of Anuradhapura, he took refuge in these caves. After he got his throne back , he transformed the interiors of the cave and formed the simple yet beautiful rock temple. Further paintings were added by later kings. There are more than 80 documented caves in the surrounding area. Major attractions are spread over 5 caves, which contains statues ( most of them of Budha) and paintings.

  • Sigiriya

    After early breakfast visit the Sigiriya rock fortress and Village close by. Rest of the day relax at the hotel. Over Night Stay at Sigiriya. Sigiriya Rock Fortress: Ruins of an ancient Palace & its once beautiful garden. According to ancient records this site was selected by King Kasyapa (477-495CE) for his new capital. He built his elaborate palace on the top of this rock. The giant paws of the lion which was once the entrance to the Palace is still visible today. And the beautiful view from the top of the fortress is magnificent. A village tour: A chance to interact with local people who lead a simple life. It will give you a chance to learn about their lifestyle, learn their cooking and have a simple meal with them. Visit a nearby pond where lotus flowers are grown. Later try their local transport a bull cart ride & take a ride on the back of an elephant.

  • Sigiriya

    After breakfast head to Anuradhapura, A day to relive the ancient history of Sri Lanka. Approximate travel time between Sigiriya & Minneriya is 1 hr 30 mins one way. Anuradhapura: It is the first established kingdom of Sri Lanka. A spread out area with Stupas & ruins which will give insight into influence of Buddhism and into the ancient Srilankan civilization. King Vijaya who was banished from South India reached Sri Lanka and eventually took control of the region. He spread his base with his faithful follower. The first settler of Anuradhapura is believed to be Anuradha, a follower of Prince Vijaya. Later, this place was made the Capital by King Pandukabhaya at about 380 B.C. and it prospered under him. It is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and one of the eight World Heritage Sites of Sri Lanka.

  • Sigiriya

    After early breakfast head out for a 3hr safari at Minneriya national park and visit Polonnaruwa to learn a little about the Srilankan history. Return to Sigiriya and relax. Over Night Stay at Sigiriya. Approximate travel time between Sigiriya & Minneriya is 1 hr. Approximate travel time between Sigiriya & Polonnaruwa is 1 hr 30 mins. Minneriya national park: Situated in the central North east of Sri Lanka this dry land with man-made reservoir hosts large numbers of Elephants, around 170 different types of birds, reptiles like the Monitors lizards, Mugger Crocodile other animals like wild buffalo, monkeys, deer’s, sloth bears, butterflies and more. The safari is approximately 3hrs. Polonnaruwa: These spread out beautiful ruins are the second most ancient kingdom of Sri Lanka, first being Anuradhapura. Chola dynasty invaded Sri Lanka from India and moved their base to Polonnaruwa as they felt it was more strategically positioned to keep them safe from the Ruhunu Singhalese kingdom. Later the Singhalese king King Vijayabahu I, who defeated the Cholas first declared Polonnaruwa his capital city.

  • Sigiriya - Kandy

    After breakfast leave for Kandy. Check in at the hotel, later go for a city tour of Kandy. Visit the Art and craft centre, watch the cultural show & then visit the Tooth temple. Over Night Stay at Kandy. Approximate travel time from Sigiriya and Kandy is 3 hrs. Tooth Temple: The last capital of the Srilankan kings. The driver will take your around so that you can learn a little about the city. Then visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Called so because it houses the tooth of Buddha, this was brought to Sri Lanka from India. It is located in the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy, Since ancient times, the tooth relic has played an important role in local politics because it is believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country. It is a live Buddhist temple, where rituals & ceremonies are performed by believers. Cultural Show: A lively performance showcasing different Srilankan dances. Drums, elaborate costumes, athletic dancers with acrobatic performances, are sure to entertain you.

  • Kandy - Nuwara Eliya

    After breakfast checkout and leave for Nuwara Eliya. Check in at the hotel, later you can take a drive around Nuwara Eliya, visit Tea Factory and visit Sita Amman Temple. Overnight stay at Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. Approximate travel time from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya is 2 hrs. Nuwara Eliya: Cooler weather & beautiful greenery is what you can expect. Nuwara eliya is a region north of Kandy, it is also known as little England. It has Tea estate, Gregory lake park, and the Highest Mountain peak in Sri Lanka - Pidurthalagal. Sita Amman Temple: This is a small temple located in the village of Seetha Eliya. This place is believed to be the site where Sita was held captive by (Vikram) king Ravana, and where she prayed daily for Rama to come and rescue her in the Hindu epic, Ramayana. Many stories surround the foot print shaped depressions on the rock face across the stream. It is said to be the footprints of Ravana, and some say of his elephant. King Ravana who is believed to have ruled Sri Lanka has an important part in the Hindu epic Ramayana. To take revenge for cutting the nose of his sister Ravan kidnapped Lord Ram’s wife Sita and is believed to have kept her as captive in Ella.

  • Nuwara Eliya

    Early morning with packed breakfast head to the Horton plains. Walk up (a bit of a steep climb) to the Worlds end & Bakers falls. Head back to the hotel and rest of the day relax at the stay. Overnight stay at Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. Horton plains: Horton Plains is a popular tourist destination, with World's End being the key attraction & the Bakers falls during rainy seasons. The World's End is a spectacular view from the height of 870 m (2,854 ft.) drop. It is situated at the southern boundary of the park. Baker's Falls: A tributary of the Walawe River is named after Sir Samuel Baker, a hunter and explorer who attempted to establish a European agricultural settlement at Nuwara Eliya. The waterfall is 20 metres (66 ft.) high. Slab Rock Falls is another well-known waterfall in the plains. However during dry season fall will be much thinner.

  • Nuwara Eliya - Yala

    After an early breakfast leave to Yala. Check in and go for the afternoon safari. Relax and enjoy the wilderness. Overnight stay at Hotel in Yala. Approximate travel time from Nuwara Eliya to Yala is 5 hrs. Yala National Park is the second largest national park in Sri Lanka. It is a huge area of forest, grassland and lagoons bordering the Indian Ocean, in southeast Sri Lanka. Its home to wildlife such as leopards, elephants and crocodiles, as well as hundreds of bird species. Even though summer is the best time to visit since dryness & heat increases the chances spotting, some have been lucky to see the cat itself.

  • Yala - Galle

    After a relaxed breakfast leave to Galle. (It is a bit of a long drive.) Overnight stay at Hotel in Galle. Approximate travel time from Yala to Galle is 4-5 hrs. Galle: The south western tip of Sri Lanka. It consists of new Galle & Old Galle. Old Galle is a vibrant place which prominently displays its early conquerors influence especially in its architecture. This town was first taken over by Portuguese seamen, who were washed ashore in a storm, later by the Dutch, then the British.

    Relax and enjoy the beach. Overnight stay at Hotel in Galle. Early morning take a walk at the nearby beach. You might be lucky enough to spot the local fishermen exhibiting their skills not alone in fishing but even in balancing themselves on the stills. Visit the museums and the fort which talks a lot about history and influence of previous invaders of Sri Lanka. Visit the Coffee shops, shops and Spas. Do not miss the Dutch hospital for a dinner.

    Day at leisure to pursue activities on own. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Galle - Colombo

    After breakfast check out to leave to Colombo. Take the Coastal road, though longer and en route visit Turtle hatchery, mask making factory and Moonstone mine if interested in these. ( the coastal road is the old road, that will take roughly 4-5hrs) Overnight stay at Hotel in Colombo.

  • Colombo

    After breakfast, step out for a city tour of Colombo. Colombo: Capital of Srilanka & the largest city in Srilanka. The Portughese first made Colombo their Centre, and the Dutch continued the same. When the British arrived they made it the capital and has remained so ever since. The city offers historical monuments, colonial architecture, fine dining and shopping. Colombo also has an active night life with Pubs, parties & casinos.
