This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MustTravel.in with respect to the use of MustTravel.in.
Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on MustTravel.in. This agreement will help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and MustTravel.in. By becoming a MustTravel.in customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. MustTravel.in has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. MustTravel.in encourages you to save a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.
You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use MustTravel.in only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.
Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.
Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email. This Receipt of Reservation does not guarantee confirmation of the booking.
MustTravel.in strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. MustTravel.in does not currently offer any travel insurance.
The tour packages and activities listed on MustTravel.in comprise of products that are operated by independent service providers such as Hotels, Transporters, Tour guides, Payment Portals and Government institutions. MustTravel.in shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that MustTravel.in will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against MustTravel.in and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and cancelling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. Refunds for such cancellation will be subject to the policies of the individual service providers such as Hotels, Transporters, Guides etc.
Tours are escorted by English speaking or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour online.
You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for the country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. MustTravel.in cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.
You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. MustTravel.in will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.
All travel companions/parties agree to take the tour together on their own will and accord. Disparities financially, culturally, or personally are each party's responsibility to resolve and must not affect the overall tour in any fashion.
If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand MustTravel.in or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
We embrace all people, regardless of any physical conditions or disabilities. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, yet, not all the travel products we currently offer include disabled friendly options. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. MustTravel.in or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided as per your request.
It is recommended that you carry sufficient money during your tour required for your personal expenses.
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included in your tour cost

Our cancellation and refund policy is dependent on the reservation and cancellation policy followed by our service providers, which may sometimes change based on the booking dates. Certain hotels may not refund any amount if booking made during peak season is cancelled. We request you to check the policies of the hotels in your itinerary before making a booking with us.
Unused features of your tour package and activities are non-refundable
In case your package needs to be cancelled by us due to any natural calamity, riots, weather conditions etc. MustTravel.in shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors. Also, during such tour cancellations, if you have purchased an airline ticket separately, MustTravel.in is not responsible for such airline ticket cancellation fees.
MustTravel.in is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell or share this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. MustTravel.in collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Experience this cosmopolitan city with its lovely parks, long avenues of blossom trees and impressive Victorian-era architecture. This hub of India’s booming IT industry is also blessed with a pleasant climate and a burgeoning dining and shopping scene.Follow with a cooking demo at the Tasting Room of the Bengaluru Oota Company and savour traditional flavours of Karnataka with an excellent four course menu by Chef Ms Divya Prabhakar.This afternoon drive to the country side of Bangalore towards the Soma Vineyards to understand the history of wine cultivation in India. After strolling through rows of grape-bearing vines, witness the entire process of wine-making–crushing of grapes, fermentation to the final labelling and packaging. Head into the barrel room, setup with real oak barrels, where ageing of premium wine is done Experience a wine tasting session of selected varieties of wines with the Expert, while enjoying a sunset around the surrounding vineyard hills. Finish your day with a Barbecue dinner at the vineyard. Overnight at the hotel.
Banglore to Mysore
After an early breakfast at the hotel, drive to Mysore. En-route take a visit at Somnathpur, well known for the breathtaking Prasanna Chennakeshava Temple, one of the three famous & finest representations of Hoysala architecture nominated for UNESCO World Heritage Site status. Proceed to Mysore, visit the Maharajah's Palace, one of the most beautiful buildings in India. Inside, you will find a kaleidoscope of stained glass, beautiful carved wooden doors and mosaic floors. Later on, you will experience a heritage Tonga ride (horse-drawn chariots). These vehicles ruled the streets in their heyday and now are used to ferry around the heritage buildings and provides insights into the local culture. Check-in hotel. Tonight we go to the Gitanjali homestay to experience Kodava cuisine (from Coorg) and culture. Enjoy elaborate, ethnic Kodava dishes served on banana leaf platters, and an interaction with your host Yamuna. Back to Hotel. Overnight stay.
Early Morning proceed with a Heritage walking tour to get a feel of this charming city. Take in the city at your own pace as you past some lovely colonial structures, old local monuments and temples and get to know the stories behind them. Back to Hotel for Breakfast. By Midday, Proceed on to see a a Cooking demonstration of Mysore style cooking from one of the culinary experts of Mysore, who draws from the generations of knowledge and bring you recipes that are Ayurvedically balanced and delightful in flavor. After Lunch, Drive to the visit of Srirangapatna (16km from Mysore) - the island fortress of Tipu Sultan and the early capital of the Mysore Wodiyars - Here you will find monuments such as Tipu’s mosque with its twin minarets built in 1787, Tipu’s Summer Palace (known as the Daria Daulat Bagh) built completely on wood and converted into a museum that houses some fantastic artefacts and paintings related to Haider Ali and Tipu Sultan, and the Gumbaz where lie buried Tipu Sultan, Haider Ali and others of the royal family. Mysore to Thalassery
Breakfast, check-out and proceed to Thalassery, a centre of the ancient pepper trade and referenced in the early 14th century writings of Marco Polo. Check-in at Ayisha Manzil Homestay. Expect heritage old rooms with antique furniture and large bathrooms in an old colonial bungalow. Mrs.Faiza Moosa, the hostess will conduct a cooking class in authentic North Kerala Muslim cuisine in the late afternoon followed by dinner. Breakfast at the hotel. This morning make a stop at the famous Fish Market and experience the daily trading activities in this busy market. The region is cradle of ageless folk arts like Theyyam and folk music. In the Evening experience the ritual dance of Theyyam, its unique costume and lively footwork. The dancer transforms himself to a deity through extreme devotion and the rhythmic chanting of mantras. Overnight stay at hotel.
Thalassery to Cochin
Early breakfast and check-out, drive to the train station to board a Train to Kochi (Ernakulam) (Thalassery/ Ernakulam - Parasuram Express depart 07.40 and arrive 13.35 hours – Air conditioned chair cars). On arrival in Kochi, you will be met, assisted and transferred to the hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at colonial Fort Kochi. See the Chinese Fishing Nets of Cochin. The huge cantilevered Chinese Fishing Nets that droop towards the waters like over-sized hammocks have become a hallmark of Fort Kochi. Walk to the St.Francis CSI Church, the oldest European church in India built in 1503, where the Portuguese explorer Vasco de Gamawas originally buried and pass by the fine Santa Cruz Basilica. Tonight you will be invited to Dinner at a private residence. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Breakfast, Go on an Ethnic tour of Kochi. Take a tuk tuk– the most popular mode of transport among the locals, stop at the Dhobi Khana (laundry station), once throbbing with activity but now a picture of slow extinction. Drive on to Mattanchery, Visit the Jewish Synagogue at the heart of what is locally called the Jew Town, and finally stop at the Dutch Palace with its beautiful mural paintings from the 17th century. Here we meet Chef Siddiq who will join you and share his culinary regards. Continue through the narrow streets of Mattanchery visit the Fruit market on Palace Road where locals shop for fresh and organic produce at bargain prices. Don’t miss a stop at the Spice Market, where the exotic fragrance of the finest ginger, cloves, cardamom, turmeric and pepper emanate from the spice warehouses lining the street. On the way back Pause and have “one meter tea” at one of the tea stalls. Later meet with a Brahmin Family -the highest of the four main Hindu castes. See the art of ‘KOLAM” a routine design that they do on the front yard with rice floors – religiously every day. Being the priests and scholars of Vedic literature, their traditional occupation is to conduct the religious rites at marriages, births and other auspicious occasions. Tonight witness an Entertainment session with one of the Temple Folklore Artist in a nearby cultural Theater. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Cochin to Kumarakom
After breakfast, we leave Cochin for the inland Backwaters and Lake Vembanad. Proceed to the Houseboat for your Backwaters cruise. These boats are reworked versions of ancient “kettuvallams” barges once used to carry cargo of rice and spices now offering comfortable floating accommodation through the backwaters. Cruise through the palm fringed canals enjoying the beauty of rural village life. There is no better way of taking a closer look at the life and activities on the backwaters. A Sumptous Kerala Lunch is srved on board. Tea/Coffee with local snacks are provided before you embark. Check-in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free to familiarize with the facilities and activities .Overnight stay at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. This morning experience the Aymanam Village tour, home of Arundhathi Roy’s novel ‘The God of Small Things’. Start your local immersion with a ride on a traditional canoe cruise through the narrow, winding canals and catch the scenic daily life of the bordering houses. Follow with a walk in the heart of this typical Kuttanad village surrounded by paddy fields and identify the snakes abodes, sacred to earliest habitants. Experience visit to local Toddy shop where Palm Toddy, a mildly alcoholic beverage is made from the sap of palm trees .Enjoy a gourmet adventure at their kitchen – see the local chef at work; followed by a mind boggling sea food treat.
