This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MustTravel.in with respect to the use of MustTravel.in.
Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on MustTravel.in. This agreement will help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and MustTravel.in. By becoming a MustTravel.in customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. MustTravel.in has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. MustTravel.in encourages you to save a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.
You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use MustTravel.in only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.
Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.
Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email. This Receipt of Reservation does not guarantee confirmation of the booking.
MustTravel.in strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. MustTravel.in does not currently offer any travel insurance.
The tour packages and activities listed on MustTravel.in comprise of products that are operated by independent service providers such as Hotels, Transporters, Tour guides, Payment Portals and Government institutions. MustTravel.in shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that MustTravel.in will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against MustTravel.in and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and cancelling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. Refunds for such cancellation will be subject to the policies of the individual service providers such as Hotels, Transporters, Guides etc.
Tours are escorted by English speaking or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour online.
You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for the country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. MustTravel.in cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.
You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. MustTravel.in will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.
All travel companions/parties agree to take the tour together on their own will and accord. Disparities financially, culturally, or personally are each party's responsibility to resolve and must not affect the overall tour in any fashion.
If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand MustTravel.in or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
We embrace all people, regardless of any physical conditions or disabilities. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, yet, not all the travel products we currently offer include disabled friendly options. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. MustTravel.in or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided as per your request.
It is recommended that you carry sufficient money during your tour required for your personal expenses.
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included in your tour cost

Our cancellation and refund policy is dependent on the reservation and cancellation policy followed by our service providers, which may sometimes change based on the booking dates. Unused features of your tour package and activities are non-refundable
In case your package needs to be cancelled by us due to any natural calamity, riots, weather conditions etc. MustTravel.in shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors. Also, during such tour cancellations, if you have purchased an airline ticket separately, MustTravel.in is not responsible for such airline ticket cancellation fees.

Proceed to Fort Kochi and experience Ethnic tour – start with the visit of the famous Chinese Fishing Nets of Cochin. The huge cantilevered Chinese fishing nets that droop towards the waters like over-sized hammocks have become a hallmark that represents Fort Kochi on every postcard... Next visit is at the St.Francis CSI Church, the oldest European church in India built in 1503, where the Portuguese explorer Vasco de Gama was originally buried and pass by the finest Santa cruz Basilica. Take a tuk tuk – the most popular mode of transport among the localities, go along with your local tour and stop at the Dhobi Khana (laundry station), once throbbing with activity, it is now a picture of slow extinction. Enjoy Lunch at a Local Reastuarnt. Continue through the small streets of Mattanchery, and arrive at the Fruit market on Palace road where locals get a variety of fresh and organic produces at bargains prices. Don’t miss a stop at the Spice Market, where exotic odors of the finest ginger, cloves, cardamom, turmeric and pepper emanate from the spice warehouses lining the street. Make a pause and have one “meter tea” at one of the tea stall. There is now an opportunity to interact with a Brahmin Family. The Brahmin are the highest of the four Hindu castes of priests and scholars of Vedic literature, their traditional occupation is to conduct rites at marriages, births and other auspicious occasions. Visit the Jewish Synagogue at the heart of what is locally called the Jew Town, and finally stop at the Dutch Palace with its beautiful mural paintings from the 17th century. This early morning proceed with your morning yoga session before your breakfast. Go on an Exotic Village Tour :– the first stage commence by walking through the man made country side foot paths by the side of narrow canals for 15-20 minutes and reach a junction called “Cherunkal”. On the way you can see many houses of old and different types. Your tour will be passing through and by the side of fish farms rearing prawns and the greenly lush paddy fields. Enjoy Bird watching -of different types of water birds and their chirpings. Follow with a Cycling Tour – From Cherunkal, move on to the next point called Vellathode and reach there within 20 minutes. On the way you can enjoy the glorious greenery of the village and its serenity and beauty. At the end of the cycling you reach a village market where all kinds of local fishes and vegetables are put for sale. In and around this market, you can have the taste of local food and a tea from the local shops. The market is by the side of backwaters and a country boat will be waiting for you for the cruise. A sweet & Fresh tender coconut welcome you on board. The cruise will be in a non mechanized country boat which is pulled manually.This journey takes 2 hours and get you to the next village called ‘Thazhuppu’. Kingfishers just popping in, see the green country side, swaying palm trees and people warm and friendly. Disembark and walk to a family meal experience- interactions with the family, exchange of ideas – an enriching Experience with local Nasarani food for Lunch. Wake-up with the surroundings chanting birds of this serene area and before your breakfast at the homestay proceed with your morning yoga session, today followed by a workshop on Yoga along with a Resort or Local Yoga teacher. This afternoon take a Tea Tour : From the Homestay proceed to a Tea Plantation passing through the Tea Gardens rolling hills and villages and take a visit to the Tea Factory : Learn the intricacies of Tea Manufacture - the difference between Orthodox and CTC Black Tea manufacture as well as master the nuances of Tea Tasting and how to brew a perfect cup of black tea. Drive back to your hotel, on your way stop at the Christian Monastery Kurisumala, in the heart of the Sahya Mountains. It is a meditative place where thoughts arise from the depth of silence. After an early morning yoga session and a healthy breakfast, check-out and drive to drive to Alleppy. Rightly known as “ Venice of the East, Alleppy with its majestic canals, streams and distributaries along its banks, weave an intricate and enchantingly beautiful web. On arrival check-in at your hotel Punnamada Backwater Resort Resort, with beautiful backwater frontage. Rest of the day free amidst coconut groves and views of the backwaters. Start your local immersion with a ride on a traditional canoe cruise through the narrow, Complete Tranquil except for the birds or someone washing clothes. Follow with a walk in the heart of this typical Kuttanad village surrounded by paddy fields and identify the snakes abodes, sacred to earliest habitants, some of them still alive. The Walk through the village with your Storey teller is an opportunity, rare indeed, see local houses, the friendly people and the ways of Living. Meet your Kathakali master in his house who will introduce you to this traditional theatre form, which adapts styles of ancient Sanskrit with visual presentations of human expressions. Follow the trail to a Local House hold. Experience a typical Kerala Vegetarian Lunch served on Plantain leaf. Travel about 15 minutes and your Guide will start explaining the Birds – various categories – that you see on the paddy fields and the Surrounding areas. Have a morning yoga session followed by your breakfast. Check-out and drive to Fort Kochi. On arrival check-in at the Fort House. This afternoon is free to explore the Colonial Kochi. Evening witness a demonstration on Kathakali – the dance drama, unique to Kerala. This dance can be characterized by gesticulations, amazing costumes and very extensive make-up. The stories are mostly taken from the epics Mahabharatha and Ramayana.
It is time to say good bye. After your breakfast transfer to the Kochi International airport to connect your flight back home.
