This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MustTravel.in with respect to the use of MustTravel.in.
Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on MustTravel.in. This agreement will help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and MustTravel.in. By becoming a MustTravel.in customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. MustTravel.in has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. MustTravel.in encourages you to save a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.
You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use MustTravel.in only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.
Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.
Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email. This Receipt of Reservation does not guarantee confirmation of the booking.
MustTravel.in strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. MustTravel.in does not currently offer any travel insurance.
The tour packages and activities listed on MustTravel.in comprise of products that are operated by independent service providers such as Hotels, Transporters, Tour guides, Payment Portals and Government institutions. MustTravel.in shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that MustTravel.in will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against MustTravel.in and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and cancelling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. Refunds for such cancellation will be subject to the policies of the individual service providers such as Hotels, Transporters, Guides etc.
Tours are escorted by English speaking or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour online.
You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for the country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. MustTravel.in cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.
You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. MustTravel.in will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.
All travel companions/parties agree to take the tour together on their own will and accord. Disparities financially, culturally, or personally are each party's responsibility to resolve and must not affect the overall tour in any fashion.
If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand MustTravel.in or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
We embrace all people, regardless of any physical conditions or disabilities. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, yet, not all the travel products we currently offer include disabled friendly options. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. MustTravel.in or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided as per your request.
It is recommended that you carry sufficient money during your tour required for your personal expenses.
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included in your tour cost

Our cancellation and refund policy is dependent on the reservation and cancellation policy followed by our service providers, which may sometimes change based on the booking dates. Certain hotels may not refund any amount if booking made during peak season is cancelled. We request you to check the policies of the hotels in your itinerary before making a booking with us.
Unused features of your tour package and activities are non-refundable
In case your package needs to be cancelled by us due to any natural calamity, riots, weather conditions etc. MustTravel.in shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors. Also, during such tour cancellations, if you have purchased an airline ticket separately, MustTravel.in is not responsible for such airline ticket cancellation fees.
MustTravel.in is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell or share this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. MustTravel.in collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address and payment information such as credit card.
Cochin - Kumarakom
On your arrival in Cochin, our representative will meet you at the ‘Arrivals’ and escort you to your vehicle, where you will be introduced to your driver. Our representative will brief you about your tour and reconfirm all the arrangements made for your journey. You will then proceed to Kumarakom where you’ll switch to a boat and arrive on the banks of Lake Vembanad. Disembark straight onto the reception of Coconut Lagoon, a little piece of untouched Kerala - created from restored heritage homes, set in a web of canals on the banks of the Kavanar river. While you are here, why not take the opportunity to learn to cook authentic Keralan cuisine organized by the Chef, so you can take more than memories home. Relax in the evening and watch a traditional cultural performance, before calling it a night.
Practice yoga and meditation in the morning, followed by breakfast. Go bird watching with our resident naturalist and learn about our conservation methods. Experience village life with a local, and learn all about a different world. Enjoy a lazy afternoon by the pool. In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise on the lake in a converted rice boat, accompanied by a flute performance. Return to Coconut Lagoon for the night.
Kumarakom – Thekkady
Enjoy a breakfast at the hotel and take a beautiful drive from the plains to the green mountainsof the Nilgiris. Rubber, Coffee and Cardamom plantations and tea gardens will follow. ArriveatSpice Village. Get an authentic eco-living experience, complete with a spice garden, in your very own elephant grass thatched cottage. End the evening with a demonstration by the Chef on cooking with spices followed by a cultural performance. Retire for the night in Spice Village.
In Thekkady- Bamboo Rafting
This is one of the great community based initiatives involving the native tribal community. The full day excursion takes the guests first by a trek about 2 hours deep into the National Park. A very peaceful and relaxing part is done on a Bamboo raft to reach into the remote reaches of the Periyar Lake. This particular excursion gives a very close acquaintance with the fauna and flora of the Periyar forest. Incidentally the Periyar National Park is the only park in India, where visitors are allowed to trek, making this one of the great experiences of the wild. Later in the evening explore the neighbouring plantation town Kumily.walk through its spice scented sreets. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Thekkady – Marari Beach
Check out after breakfast and head to Mararikulam,a typical fishing village, located on the southwest coast of central Kerala. Marari beach resort here is the experience of clean and pristine shoreline, swaying coconut palms, thatched huts, small paths that crisscross through courtyards and a striking view of the sunset. Unwind by the beach and retire for the night.
Explore the region on a bicycle or take a dip in the sea. Watch fishermen reel in the catch of the day, stroll through the nearby village and harvest organic produce at Marari Beach’s four-acre organic garden. As you accompany these unique experiences with Ayurveda treatments, feel yourself unwind holistically- body, mind and soul.
