This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MustTravel.in with respect to the use of MustTravel.in.

Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on MustTravel.in. This agreement will help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and MustTravel.in. By becoming a MustTravel.in customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. MustTravel.in has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. MustTravel.in encourages you to save a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.

You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use MustTravel.in only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.

Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.

Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email. This Receipt of Reservation does not guarantee confirmation of the booking.

MustTravel.in strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. MustTravel.in does not currently offer any travel insurance.

The tour packages and activities listed on MustTravel.in comprise of products that are operated by independent service providers such as Hotels, Transporters, Tour guides, Payment Portals and Government institutions. MustTravel.in shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that MustTravel.in will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against MustTravel.in and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and cancelling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. Refunds for such cancellation will be subject to the policies of the individual service providers such as Hotels, Transporters, Guides etc.

Tours are escorted by English speaking or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour online.

You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for the country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. MustTravel.in cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.

You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. MustTravel.in will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.

All travel companions/parties agree to take the tour together on their own will and accord. Disparities financially, culturally, or personally are each party's responsibility to resolve and must not affect the overall tour in any fashion.

If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand MustTravel.in or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.

We embrace all people, regardless of any physical conditions or disabilities. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, yet, not all the travel products we currently offer include disabled friendly options. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. MustTravel.in or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided as per your request.

It is recommended that you carry sufficient money during your tour required for your personal expenses.

Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included in your tour cost

Refund Policy


Our cancellation and refund policy is dependent on the reservation and cancellation policy followed by our service providers, which may sometimes change based on the booking dates. Certain hotels may not refund any amount if booking made during peak season is cancelled. We request you to check the policies of the hotels in your itinerary before making a booking with us.

Unused features of your tour package and activities are non-refundable

In case your package needs to be cancelled by us due to any natural calamity, riots, weather conditions etc. MustTravel.in shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors. Also, during such tour cancellations, if you have purchased an airline ticket separately, MustTravel.in is not responsible for such airline ticket cancellation fees.

MustTravel.in is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell or share this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. MustTravel.in collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information.     Description of the tour: Historians and common people alike have a love-hate relationship with Tipu Sultan. One's travel to Bangalore would never be complete without tracing the footsteps of our Sultan, who has left many a mark on the city's future, seen even today. This tour takes one through the locations associated with this enigmatic personality that includes memorials, forts, temples, palace remnants & the Lalbagh Botanical Park. At Lalbagh, we explore its history, some unique trees and one of the oldest rock formations of the Asia.

  • Nandi Hills

    Nandi Hills or Nandi betta is an ancient hill fortress in southern India, in the Chikkaballapur district of Karnataka state. It is 10 km from Chickballapur town and approximately 60 km from the city of Bengaluru. The hills are nestled near the town of Nandi. There are many stories about the origin of the name Nandi Hills. During the Chola period, Nandi Hills was called Ananda Giri meaning The Hill of Happiness. Another story is that Yoga Nandeeshwara performed penance here, and so it was named after him. Nandi is also commonly called Nandidurga (Fort) because of the fort built here by the ruler Tippu Sultan. It is also perhaps called Nandi Hills because the hills resemble a sleeping bull (Nandi).

  • Devanahalli Fort

    Devanahalli Fort is located 35 kilometers (22 mi) north of Bangalore city, at Devanahalli in the State of Karnataka, India. It was originally built in 1501 by Mallabairegowda, which remained in the hands of his descendants until the mid–eighteenth century. In 1749, the then Dalwai of Mysore, Nanjarajaiah, attacked the fort and occupied it. Later, the fort passed into the hands of Hyder Ali and subsequently Tipu Sultan. In 1791, Lord Cornwallis laid siege to the fort and took possession during the Anglo-Mysore War.

  • Lalbagh Botanical Gardens

    Lalbagh Botanical Gardens (Lalbagh translates to The Red Garden in English) is a well-known botanical garden in southern Bengaluru, India. It has a famous glass house dating from 1889 which hosts two annual flower shows (on 26 January and 15 August). Lalbagh houses India's largest collection of tropical plants, has a lake, and is one of the main tourist attractions in Bengaluru. Lal Bagh is also home to a few species of birds. The commonly sighted birds include Myna, Parakeets, Crows, Brahminy Kite, Pond Heron, Common Egret, Kingfisher, Spotted Owlets, Spotted kite, Spotted Pelican, Ducks, Indian Cormorant, Purple Moor Hen etc. Lalbagh is a 240 acres (0.97 km2) garden and is located in south Bengaluru. It holds a number of flower shows, especially on the Republic Day (26 January). The garden has over 1,000 species of flora. The garden also has trees that are over 100 years old.
